Actually I didn't wanted to create more Bleach OCs for the moment, but BluBlazeFire0 asked me if I would like to create a Bleach OC Couple with her and since I had no single dudes I needed to create a new one and...seriosuly...I LOVE him D: /slap/
I tried to design him a bit after a steampunk-theme, I hope I managed this in some way e3e

His name was an idea of TheBlackRoseBloom and I guess Oscar fits him e3e The 'E' in his name stands for 'Eduard' |D
He has a big interest in birds and flying in general since his biggest wish is being completely free someday.
I guess he's some kind of dreamer and really endearing and fights only if he feels threatened or like someone could steal his freedom of him.
His best friend is his eagle owl "Roger" (also name suggestion by TheBlackRoseBloom xD).

Wow, I have a whole army of weirdos there...just think of Tama..her best friend is a plush bunny
